This is an Erasmus+ (Youth) – Mobility of youth workers training project.
The project’s main objective is to train youth workers in developing young people’s initiative and entrepreneurship skills, thus developing their youth work competences, increasing quality of their work and strengthening the capacity of their organizations.
The project is set in the context of Erasmus+ Programme’s general objective (renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field) as well as specific objectives of the Programme in the field of youth – improving the level of key competences and skills of young people.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
– Fostering young people’s young people’s entrepreneurship, including sharing and analysing successful examples of young people’s initiatives implemented for the benefit of their communities and their peers
– Fostering young people’s creativity and problem-solving skills
– Developing young people’s individual values: sense of responsibility and initiative, trust and confidence
– Developing an informal network of Entrepreneurship Champions helping young people to take initiative in their lives and to grow their own ideas into action
